Anti Money Laundering (AML) Overview
This course provides an overview of Anti Money Laundering (AML), regulatory expectations, and the principles of an effective AML program. Money laundering is the process by which criminals introduce illegally obtained funds or assets into the financial system.

Money laundering is the process of making illegally-gained proceeds (i.e. 'dirty money') appear legal (i.e. Wean'); typically, it involves three steps: placement, layering, and integration. This course captures all relevant concepts required for training employees of an organization. There are no prerequisites for this course (Only some knowledge in economics/finance/banking industry will be helpful but not necessary) since it will cover all the basic notions of the AML/CFT program from Scratch.
This course will introduce you to Money Laundering, Statutory and Regulatory Framework, Principles of the effective AML program, KYC, Customer Due Diligence Process, Transaction Monitoring, Red Flag indicators, and so much more.
There will be a final assessment at the end of the course to assess what you have learned, and on the basis of that you will receive a “Certificate of Completion” Or “Certificate of Excellence”.
