1. What langauge is use to deliver Classroom Trainings ?
All our Trainings are conducted in English.
If you are from a non native English
Speaking country please note that the course expectation is to have basic
Familiarity in English and basic verbal and written English communication.
2. Do you provide a course completion certificate?
Yes , You can download the certificate of Completion. You can download the certificate anytime anywhere at LMS Portal or at Mobile APP.
If needed , You can also request for hard copy of your certificate . We will only charge some additional amount as delivery charges.
3. Do you provide PDU to be eligible for PMP application?
Mindcypress classes are authorized for the required PDU hours as needed by PMI. You can download the PDU’s hour certificate after clearing the exam.
After completing the course you need clear the mindcypress exam to get the PDU's. Once your course is completed , contact our support team to book your slot for exam to claim your PDU hours.

5. What is the mode of payment, do you support other currencies as well?
We accept paypal, credit and debit card payments. Our site is PCI Compliance with SSL enabled for secured payments.
We prefer to accept USD but We can accept payments from all currencies via paypal and cards.
6. Can I reschedule my training session ?
Yes, you can reschedule your training with prior information. You should contact Support team immediately for this. You can mail to them at Support Team.
7. Will you provide application filing support for PMP ?
Yes, we provide application filing review and support for all courses where you need to enroll and appear for exam. You can contact our Support Team. for that.
8. Can I get opportunity to discuss with instructor to clear my doubts?
Yes, you can ask questions to instructor during the class to clarify doubts in physical classroom or LVC. Our training is live and interactive, Trainers interact with each participant.
You can also register yourself at LMS Portal and can be part of discussion forum and can ask your question to instructor directly.
9. How Live Virtual classes (LVC) will be conducted ?
The classes are Instructor Led via gotomeeting Platform. The LVC classes are recorded to watch later to review and learn.
10. Can i get the recorded session of LVC in which i have enrolled ?
Recordings of each session will be shared with participants . You can also enroll at Mindcypress LMS for recorded session or can check the Mobile App.
11. Can I download the certificate after I complete the classes or course ?

12. How can I book an exam for Certificate of excellence?
Anyone who has done course from mindcypress can register for certificate of excellence for free.
Write mail to Customer Service to book your exam slot. We will provide you the credential and you can start your exam.

13. How many attempts will i get for certificate of excellence ?
You will get three attempts to clear the exam. Candidate have to pass the exam with at least 70% to get "certificate of excellence"

16. What is validity of my course access after enrollment ?
The course validity is 60 days after enrollment. If you need to extend , You can contact support team request for the same, We can extend the course after reviewing your learning activity.
