Our Mission

The zeal to outperform, which shapes the work culture at MindCypress, with a mission to Educate, Empower and Enrich lesser-privileged children and young adults, our Foundation has impacted more than 100,000 children to date in our partner schools across countries. Our vision is to build a secure and sustainable ecosystem around each of our businesses and locations. This gives our employees a chance to give back to society as a global citizen.

Propelled by a shared vision, an unwavering purpose and the genuine commitment of employees across the globe, the corporate social responsibility initiative at MindCypress has grown from strength to strength.

MindCypress credits its success primarily to the wholehearted support of our clients and trainees. As volunteers, they enthusiastically contribute to 5% of our total revenue while making a significant difference to the lives of children and youth.

As an environmentally sensitive organization, our foremost concern is to give something back to the nature that we constantly thrive upon. Natural resources are endlessly under pressure due to human interventions and damages they cause. Preserving these resources is very important, and therefore we are predominantly working to protect these resources in various possible ways.

The number of environmental concerns have aggravated over the years. The major reasons being the increased pollution, deforestation, loss of biodiversity, and various natural calamities that leads to severe climate changes.

For every course you enroll, we plant a tree with your name in the remote area of Rajasthan, India.

Our mission is to create a self-sustaining ecosystem in the barren lands of Rajasthan.
